When do you need a quick-clip folder?
A quick-clip folder is used to keep loose documents together quickly and temporarily without punching holes in them. This HERMA quick-clip folder is ideal for meeting papers, project files or other paperwork that you consult regularly and to which you want to add or remove documents.

Why choose this translucent model?
The translucent PP material of this quick-clip folder offers a practical advantage: you can partly see the contents without opening the folder. The light blue colour helps you organise different projects or categories of documents, while the material is sturdy and wipeable for long-term use.

How does the metal clip work?
The quick-clip folder is fitted with a metal clip that holds your documents firmly in place. You simply slide the papers under the metal clamp and they stay neatly ordered. This system is quicker than a ring binder and does not damage your documents the way staples would.

Practical extras for better organisation
This quick-clip folder has a labelling label so you can clearly indicate the contents. In addition, there is an insert pocket on the inside - a handy compartment where you can keep, for example, business cards, small notes or USB sticks that belong with the file. This way you keep all related items together in one tidy folder.
