When do you need A5 storage folders?
A5 storage folders are ideal for organising and protecting smaller documents such as notepads, small reports, photos or important papers that do not come in standard A4 format. The compact A5 size is perfect when you have limited storage space or want to take documents with you on the go.

Why choose this polypropylene material?
These HERMA storage folders are made of polypropylene, a plastic that is resistant to moisture and tears. This material keeps your documents dry and safe, even with heavy use. The dark green colour gives a professional look and helps with colour-coding different projects or categories.

Benefits of the textured surface
The folders have a structured embossed finish, meaning the surface has a raised texture. This texture provides a better grip, so the folders are less likely to slip out of your hands. In addition, the structure gives a high-quality appearance and reduces the visibility of fingerprints and small scratches.

Practical organisation with label
Each folder comes with a labelling tab that lets you clearly mark the contents. You can write on this label with a pen or pencil, so you can see at a glance what is inside each folder. This saves time when searching for specific documents and keeps your administration neatly organised.
