When do you choose this product?
What are thermal direct shipping labels?
Thermal direct shipping labels are specially developed for printing shipping details without ink cartridges or toner. These labels only work with thermal printers that heat the paper to make text and barcodes visible. You need them when you regularly send parcels and want to save on printing costs.
Why this 101.6 × 152.4 mm format?
This label size is perfectly suited to standard shipping labels and offers sufficient space for all the necessary shipping details. With 1,000 pieces per roll, you have a sizeable stock that lasts a long time at average shipping volumes. The carrier perforation after each label ensures you can tear off the labels particularly quickly without tearing or damaging them.
Reliable performance thanks to eco-friendly paper
These labels are made from bisphenol A-free thermal eco paper, which ensures safe handling without harmful substances. The paper guarantees secure machine readability, essential for error-free processing by the sorting systems of postal operators. The strong adhesion prevents labels from coming loose during transport.
Compatibility with your thermal printer
Please note that these labels are only suitable for thermal direct printers, not for thermal transfer printers. The roll has a core diameter of 76 mm, which is compatible with most standard thermal printers. Before purchasing, check whether your printer supports this core size and uses thermal direct technology.
