What are universal labels and when do you use them?
Universal labels are self-adhesive labels that you can use for marking, organising and categorising a variety of items. You need them for identification, sorting, planning and other organisational tasks.

Why choose the 13×40 mm format?
The compact 13×40 mm format is ideal for situations where you have limited space but still need clear marking. These dimensions fit perfectly on narrow surfaces such as lever arch files, small stock packaging or archive boxes, where larger labels would be too conspicuous.

Suitable for handwriting and typewriters
These labels are specially designed for handwriting and typewriters. They are not suitable for printing from a PC. The solvent-free adhesive ensures strong adhesion to a variety of surfaces.

Advantage of the blue colour
The blue colour makes these labels suitable for colour-coded systems where you want to distinguish between different categories. Blue stands out well against white or light backgrounds and gives a professional look in office environments. You can combine them with other colours to set up a complete organisational system.

Practical considerations with 896 pieces
With 896 labels in one pack, you have sufficient stock for larger projects or long-term use. This quantity is practical for offices that label regularly or for one-off major organisational tasks. Store the labels in a dry place to prevent the adhesive layer from drying out, and make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying the label for optimal adhesion.
