What are universal labels and when do you use them?
Universal labels are versatile self-adhesive labels that you can use for organisation, filing and identification. You need them when you want to label files, give products a name, or make address labels for smaller items.

Why choose the 25×40 mm size?
This compact size of 25×40 mm is ideal for smaller surfaces where a standard label would be too large. You can use this size perfectly for labelling folders, small boxes, USB sticks, or as name labels on personal belongings.

Residue-free removable: what does this mean for you?
These HERMA labels are residue-free removable, which means they can be taken off without leaving any adhesive residue. This is useful when you need temporary labels or when you want to relabel items without any glue left behind on the surface.

Practical benefits of this packaging
You receive 384 labels spread over 24 A4 sheets, so each sheet contains 16 labels. This division makes it easy to calculate exactly how many sheets you need for your project. The A4 layout means you can easily print the labels with a standard laser printer or inkjet printer.
