When do you need coloured labels?
Universal labels are used for organising, marking and categorising documents, folders, boxes or other objects. The coloured variant is ideal when you want to create visual distinction between different categories or priorities in your administration or storage system.

Why choose this compact format?
The size of 26×40 mm makes these labels suitable for smaller surfaces where you still want clear marking. This format fits well on narrow folder spines, small boxes, medicine bottles, or for labelling cables and small equipment.

The advantage of a coloured mix
This set contains 40 labels divided across four colours: red, blue, yellow and green. By using different colours, you can instantly make visual distinctions between categories without having to read the text first. Red could stand for urgent, green for completed, and blue and yellow for different departments or projects.

Practical application and use
As universal labels, you can stick these onto almost any smooth surface. They are suitable for handwriting with a pen or marker. The HERMA article number 3681 helps you reorder exactly the same product when your stock runs low.
