What do universal labels do?
Universal labels are self-adhesive labels that you use for labelling products, folders, boxes or other items. You need them when you want to organise documents, mark products or stick address details onto parcels. These HERMA labels are suitable for both professional and private use.

Why choose this size of 78.7 × 139.7 mm?
This size is ideal for larger text and logos, as you have enough space for multiple lines of information. The dimensions make these labels perfect for labelling folders, archive boxes or as address labels for larger parcels. With 400 labels spread across 100 A4 sheets, you have a generous supply for long-term use.

Permanent adhesion with border
These labels have a permanent adhesive layer, which means they stick firmly and do not easily come loose. The border ensures a neat finish and prevents the edges from curling. The self-adhesive material is chlorine-free bleached, which gives a white surface suitable for professional use.

Compatible with all printer types
You can use these labels in inkjet printers, laser printers, colour laser printers and copiers. This makes them universally usable, regardless of which printer you have. Make sure you use the correct printer settings for label material to achieve optimal results and prevent paper jams.
