What are universal labels?
Universal labels are self-adhesive labels used for labelling products, folders, envelopes or other items. You need them when you want to organise, address or mark things systematically. These HERMA labels are suitable for professional applications where you need a lot of labels at once.

Why choose this size, 88.9 × 33.8 mm?
This particular size fits perfectly on DIN long envelopes, making it ideal for business correspondence and mailings. With 1,600 labels spread across 100 A4 sheets, you have enough stock for larger projects. The rounded corners ensure the labels look professional and are less likely to lift at the edges.

Permanent adhesion with border
These labels have permanent adhesive, which means they are designed to stay put for good. The border around each label makes it easier to peel them neatly off the sheet without tearing. They are chlorine-free bleached, which is better for the environment and for the shelf life of the labels.

Compatible with all printers
A major advantage of these universal labels is that they work with inkjet, laser and colour laser printers, as well as photocopiers. So you can use them regardless of which type of printer you have. Do make sure you use the correct printer settings for the best result, especially with laser printers, where heat can affect the adhesive's grip.
