What are universal labels and when do you use them?
Universal labels are self-adhesive labels that you can print with addresses, shipping details or other information. You need them when you regularly send post, label products or want to organise documents. These HERMA labels are suitable for all common printers: inkjet, laser and colour laser printers, plus photocopiers.

Why this specific size of 99.1 × 33.8 mm?
This size is specially designed to fit perfectly on DIN long envelopes, the standard business envelope size. With 16 labels per A4 sheet you get an efficient layout that produces little paper waste. The rounded corners ensure the labels are less likely to lift at the edges and look more professional.

Permanent adhesion for lasting use
These labels have a permanent adhesive layer, which means they stay firmly in place and don't peel off on their own. They are chlorine-free bleached, which is better for the environment. The white colour provides a neutral base that is easy to read with all types of text and colours you print on them.

Practical tip for use
Make sure you use the correct template in your word processor or label software. With 1,600 labels spread over 100 A4 sheets, you have a supply that will last a long time. Store the labels in a dry place at room temperature to keep the adhesive strength at its best. Because they are universally compatible, you don't need to worry about compatibility with your printer.
