When do you need universal labels?
Universal labels are useful when you regularly send post, label products or organise your administration. These HERMA labels are suitable for all common printers: inkjet, laser, colour laser printers and copiers. So you don't need to look for labels specific to your printer type.

Why choose this size of 99.1 × 67.7 mm?
This size is specially designed for B4/C4 envelopes, the standard sizes for business correspondence. With these dimensions, the labels fit perfectly on large envelopes, so you don't have to guess whether the address will be clearly visible. The format offers enough space for complete addresses, including company names.

Permanent adhesive with border for a professional look
These labels have a permanent adhesive layer, which means they stick firmly and won't come loose during transport. The border around each label gives a neat, professional appearance and makes it easier to position the labels precisely. This prevents crooked labels that create a sloppy impression.

Practical packaging for office use
You receive 200 labels spread over 25 A4 sheets, which comes to 8 labels per sheet. This division is handy for office use, as you don't have to peel off too many labels at once. The labels are compatible with popular templates such as J8165-10, J8165-25 and L7165-40, making it easy to create layouts in word processors.
