When do you use a paper shredder?
A paper shredder is indispensable when you regularly process confidential documents that cannot simply be thrown in the bin. This HSM SECURIO B32 is ideal for small to medium-sized offices where several employees need to shred paperwork every day. With its 3.9 mm strip cut, it provides the right protection for standard office information.

Why choose this capacity?
With a cutting capacity of 19-21 sheets at a time, you work efficiently, even with larger stacks of documents. The 82-litre collection bin means you don't have to empty it constantly, which is especially handy in a busy office environment. The dimensions of 497 x 398 x 793 mm fit neatly under a desk or in a separate corner of the office.

Security level P-2 explained
This paper shredder has security level P-2/T-2/E-2/O-2, which means documents are cut into strips of 3.9 mm. This level is suitable for internal company documents and personal papers, but not for state secrets or highly confidential information. For most office environments, it offers sufficient protection against dumpster diving.

Practical applications
In addition to paper, this device also destroys credit cards and CDs, which is useful for safely disposing of old data carriers. The 310 mm feed width accepts standard A4 format and most other office papers. Weighing 25.5 kg, the device remains stable during use, but you can still move it if necessary.
