This is why Dex likes this article
This powerful paper shredder automatically processes stacks of up to 500 sheets, perfect for busy offices. With a high security rating and a generous 82-litre collection bin, you work efficiently and securely.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a shredder with automatic feed?
For large volumes of documents that need to be destroyed regularly, manual feeding is time-consuming and inefficient. The SECURIO AF500 solves this with automatic feeding for up to 500 sheets at a time. You simply place your stack of paper in the feed tray and the machine does the rest, saving you time for other tasks.
Why choose this capacity level?
With a collection volume of 82 litres and the ability to process 500 sheets automatically, this shredder is suitable for medium to large offices. You need to empty it less often and can process larger batches of documents at once. For manual feeding, the machine processes 9-11 sheets of 80 g/m² paper at a time.
High security level for sensitive information
The security levels P-5/T-5/E-4/F-2 mean that documents are cut into very small particles of 1.9 × 15 mm. This particle cut makes destroyed documents virtually impossible to reconstruct, which is essential for confidential business information and personal data under GDPR legislation.
Versatility in material handling
In addition to paper, this device also destroys staples, paper clips, credit cards and small plugs when fed manually. The feed width of 240 mm accepts standard A4 format and smaller documents. Please note that credit cards and plugs can only be fed manually, not via the automatic feed of 500 sheets.
