What does aluminium foil do in the professional kitchen?
Aluminium foil is indispensable for covering, keeping warm and preparing food in large kitchens, restaurants and catering businesses. You use it to keep dishes fresh, to retain heat during serving, or to wrap ingredients for cooking in the oven.

Why choose this large 45 cm wide roll?
With 150 metres of foil on one roll, you have a long-lasting supply for heavy use. The width of 45 cm is ideal for covering the larger dishes, baking trays and containers you find in professional kitchens. This size saves time, as you need to fold or overlap less often.

Food-safe quality with a 12 µm thickness
This foil has a foil thickness of 12 µm (micron) and is food-safe, meaning you can safely use it in direct contact with food. The 12 µm thickness provides enough strength not to tear while handling, while the material remains flexible enough for easy use.

Practical storage and use
Store the large roll in a dry place and make sure the foil does not come into contact with sharp edges that could cause tears. For optimal use, you can hang the roll or place it in a dispenser holder, so you can easily unroll and cut the desired length without waste.
