Which painting techniques are these brushes suitable for?
These Lyoner brushes are suitable for three different painting techniques: oil paint, watercolour and acrylic paint. Thanks to their versatility, you don't need to buy separate brushes for each technique. The soft hog bristles make these brushes ideal for fine detail work and flat strokes.

Why choose a set of 12 pieces?
With 12 identical brushes you always have sufficient spares, and you can use several colours at the same time without having to clean them each time. This is especially handy when painting with oil paint, where you often work with several colours side by side. For workshops or courses, this set also offers practical benefits.

What are the advantages of hog hair?
The soft hog hair of these Lyoner brushes ensures smooth paint application without hard streaks. Combined with the aluminium ferrule, you get a durable connection between bristles and handle. The bristles retain their shape well and withstand regular use with different types of paint.

Practical features of the handle
The short, round wooden handle is unvarnished, which provides a natural grip while painting. Because there is no varnish, you get more feel and control over your brushwork. The compact length makes these brushes suitable for both detail and flat work, depending on your posture and pressure.
