What is a foam board and when do you use it?
Foam boards are lightweight foam sheets with a matte paper coating on both sides, ideal for presentations, school projects, model making and creative work. You use them when you need a rigid yet lightweight base that is easy to work with using knives, scissors or other cutting tools.

Why choose A3 size?
The A3 format of 297 x 420 mm offers enough working space for larger projects without becoming unwieldy. The lightweight material remains easy to cut and shape, making it suitable both for flat applications and for creating three-dimensional constructions.

Advantage of the matte paper coating
The matte paper coating on both sides means you can draw, write or glue directly onto the foam board without any pre-treatment. The matte surface prevents annoying light reflections during presentations and gives your work a professional finish. The coating also keeps the foam core well protected against damage.

Practical tips for use
With 15 sheets in the pack, you have plenty of material for multiple projects or for use in a classroom. Store the foam boards flat and dry to prevent warping. For cutting, it is best to use a sharp hobby knife with a metal ruler; this gives you neat, straight cuts without the material fraying.
