What is foamboard and when do you use it?
Foamboard is a lightweight foam sheet with a matte paper coating on both sides. You use this material for presentations, model making, displays and creative projects where you need a sturdy yet light backing material. It is easy to work with, which is why it is popular with designers, students and hobbyists.

Why choose this size?
This foamboard offers a good balance between sturdiness and workability. The size is ideal for medium-sized projects such as poster frames, architectural models or school projects. You get enough working surface without the material becoming too heavy to handle.

The benefits of the matte paper coating
The matte paper coating on both sides means you can draw, paint or print directly onto the foamboard. This finish prevents reflections and gives your end product a professional appearance. The paper surface takes different types of ink and paint well.

Practical tips for use
With 15 pieces in the pack, you have enough material for several projects. Cut the foamboard with a sharp knife and place a cutting mat underneath to prevent damage to your work surface. Store unused boards flat and dry.
