This is why Dex likes this article
These colourful lever arch files bring a bit of cheer to your desk and keep documents neatly organised. With a transparent front, you can see what's inside at a glance, perfect for a well-ordered filing system.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need report covers?
Report covers are indispensable when you want to organise loose A4 documents quickly and neatly without punching holes in them. You use them for temporary storage of reports, presentations or project documents that you consult regularly and to which you still want to add pages.
Why choose coloured PP material?
These report covers are made of PP (polypropylene), which ensures a sturdy yet flexible folder that withstands daily use well. The coloured material in trend colours such as light blue, violet, pink, turquoise and pink makes it easy to visually distinguish different projects or categories from one another.
The advantage of a transparent front cover
The transparent front cover offers you the best of both worlds: you can see straight away which documents are inside, while the label strip gives you the option of adding a clear label. This means you don't have to open folders to check the contents.
Practical benefit of a set of 5
With this set of 5 pieces in different colours, you can immediately set up a complete colour-coding system for your administration. Each colour could, for example, represent a different project, department or priority, which considerably improves the organisation of your documents.
