What does this product do?
A bio waste bin such as the Svenja helps you separate kitchen waste for composting. With a capacity of 1.3 litres, this is a compact countertop waste bin that you can easily place on the worktop or kitchen table. You collect organic waste such as vegetable and fruit scraps in it before taking it to the large compost heap or green bin.

Why choose this size?
The dimensions of 140×130 mm make this bin ideal for smaller kitchens or when you have limited worktop space. The size is large enough for the daily kitchen waste of an average household, but does not take up too much room. Thanks to its compact shape, it also fits well in modern kitchen layouts.

Sustainable recycled material
This bio waste bin is made from PP regranulate, which means it is manufactured from recycled plastic. This makes it an environmentally friendly choice that suits the sustainable character of composting. The material ensures a sturdy construction that can handle daily use without wearing out quickly.

Practical swing lid
The Svenja is fitted with a swing lid that automatically springs back after use. This prevents odours from spreading and keeps fruit flies out. Thanks to the lid, you don't need to keep freeing up your hands to open the bin - a handy detail while cooking when you want to quickly dispose of waste without putting everything down.
