When do you need a sit-stand desk?
A sit-stand desk is essential if you spend a lot of time behind your computer and want to alternate between sitting and standing. This helps prevent back problems, boosts your energy and improves your concentration during long working days. The Move 1 Advance desk offers this flexibility with electric adjustment, so you can effortlessly switch between working positions.

Why choose this size?
With dimensions of 1400×800 mm, this desk offers enough workspace for a computer, documents and office supplies without dominating your workspace. This size fits well in most home offices and business premises, while still allowing you to work comfortably without feeling restricted.

Electric height adjustment in practice
The electric adjustment works between 740 and 1230 mm in height, making the desk suitable for different body heights and working positions. You operate the system easily at the touch of a button, without any physical effort. The T-frame base provides stable support, even at the highest setting.

Practical considerations
The desk has a load capacity of 70–100 kg, which is more than sufficient for standard office equipment. The built-in cable tray keeps your workspace tidy by concealing cables. Please note that you will need a standard Dutch Eurostecker for the connection. The oak finish combines well with a variety of interior styles.
