When do you need a sit-stand desk?
An electrically height-adjustable desk is the solution if you want to switch regularly between sitting and standing while you work. This promotes your posture, reduces back complaints and keeps you energetic throughout the working day. The Move 1 is ideal for home offices and business premises where ergonomics are important.

Why choose this size?
With dimensions of 160×80 cm, this desk offers ample workspace for a laptop, monitor and office supplies without dominating your room. The electric height adjustment from 740 to 1.230 mm makes it suitable for different heights, for both comfortable sitting and ergonomic standing.

What to expect from the construction
The T-shaped frame in anthracite provides stability and suits modern interiors. The desktop is 19 mm thick, with a melamine resin coating and a 2 mm sturdy ABS edge, which ensures durability in daily use. The desk can bear a maximum load of 70 kg, which is more than sufficient for standard office equipment.

Practical considerations for installation
The desk is delivered disassembled and requires self-assembly. Make sure there is a power socket nearby for the Eurostecker of the electric system. The oak colour suits a variety of interior styles and office environments. Allow enough time for assembly and read the instructions carefully for a safe installation.
