What is a sit-stand desk and when do you need one?
A sit-stand desk is a height-adjustable worktop that allows you to alternate between sitting and standing while you work. This type of desk is becoming increasingly popular because prolonged sitting is considered unhealthy. By regularly switching between sitting and standing, you improve your posture, stimulate blood circulation and boost your energy levels during work.

Why choose this 160×80 cm size?
With dimensions of 160×80 cm, this desk offers enough space for a complete workstation. You can comfortably fit a laptop or desktop computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse, plus some office supplies. This size is ideal for home workers or office employees who need a spacious workspace without the desk taking up too much room.

Electric height adjustment with memory
The electric adjustment works via two motors with soft-start and soft-stop, so the desk moves smoothly and quietly between 64 and 129 cm in height. A particularly handy feature is that you can store four different heights in memory. This means you can switch between your favourite sitting and standing positions at the touch of a button, or share the desk with colleagues of a different height.

Load capacity and stability for daily use
The T-shaped frame in anthracite can carry a weight of 100 to 125 kg, which is more than sufficient for most workstations. The adjustable feet provide extra stability on uneven floors. The desk is supplied with a Euro plug, so you can connect it directly to a standard power socket.
