What does this product do?

A sit-stand desk gives you the option to switch between sitting and standing during the working day, which helps break up long periods of sitting. With this model, the height adjustment is electric, so you can smoothly switch between a working height of 740 and 1,200 mm at the press of a button. This makes it suitable for people of varying heights and for colleagues who share the desk at different times.

Why this size?

With a width of 1,800 mm and a depth of 800 mm, this desk offers room for a dual monitor setup or enough work surface alongside a laptop and documents. The T-shaped base in silver provides stability across the full width, while the frame still leaves sufficient legroom.

Load capacity and finish

The worktop is 19 mm thick, melamine-resin coated and finished with a 2 mm ABS edge, giving a neat-looking edge that withstands daily use. Do bear in mind the maximum load capacity of 70 kg: this is sufficient for standard office equipment, but for heavy equipment such as multiple monitor arms or a heavy monitor stand, it is worth checking the calculation.

Practical tip

The desk is delivered disassembled, so allow for assembly time before you can start using it.
