Work comfortably all day with this electrically adjustable sit-stand desk! The add-on element gives you extra workspace, and the built-in power outlet keeps your desk nicely tidy.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A sit-stand desk such as the Kerkmann Move New Base gives you the option to switch between sitting and standing during the working day. Thanks to the electric height adjustment between 620 and 1.270 mm, the desktop adapts to your posture, rather than the other way around. This is relevant if you spend long periods at a desk and want to prevent physical complaints caused by prolonged sitting.
Why this size with extension is the right choice
The main desktop measures 1.400 x 800 mm, which is ample space for a monitor, laptop and the necessary documents. The 1.000 x 600 mm extension element increases your working surface further and can be fitted on either the left or the right of the main desk. This makes this desk suitable for workstations where you need a separate zone, for example for a second screen or reference material, without being tied to a loose side table.
An honest explanation of the desktop and construction
The desktop is coated with melamine resin and has a 2 mm thick ABS edge, a finish that withstands daily use and resists scratches better than a thinner edge finish. The silver T-shaped base provides stability while adjusting. Please note that the desk is delivered in parts, so you will need to set aside time yourself for assembly.
Practical tip
The integrated power strip in the desk is handy for keeping the cables from your monitor, laptop and charger
