What this sit-stand desk does and when you need it
A sit-stand desk gives you the option to alternate between sitting and standing while you work. This improves your posture, reduces back complaints and increases your concentration. The Move 1 Style desk is ideal if you work long days and want to make a conscious investment in ergonomic working.

Why this 120×80 cm size is the right choice
This size offers enough workspace for a standard setup with laptop or monitor, keyboard and mouse, plus some office supplies. The size fits well in most offices and home workspaces without taking up too much space. The electric height adjustment of 740 to 1230 mm makes the desk suitable for different body heights.

Practical electric adjustment for daily use
The electric height adjustment works via a standard Euro plug and makes it effortless to adjust the desk height. You don't have to exert any manual effort as with mechanical systems. The T-shaped silver frame provides stability, while the maximum load capacity of 70 kg leaves room for multiple monitors and equipment.

Handy details for a tidy workspace
The desk has a vertical cable tray, so you can neatly keep your cables out of sight. The 25 mm thick desktop has rounded corners and impact-resistant edge protection, which prevents scratches and damage. Please note that the desk is delivered unassembled, so set aside time for assembly.
