These handy 100% cotton iron-on patches quickly fix wear on your clothing. Just iron on or sew on, and your favourite garment will last for years!
When do you choose this product?
What are corduroy patches and when do you use them?
Corduroy patches are repair patches made of 100% cotton that you use to fill and reinforce holes, tears or worn spots in textiles. You need them when your favourite garment, duvet or other textile is damaged but can still be saved.
Why choose this 135×100 mm size?
The 135×100 mm size is ideal for medium-sized repairs to, for example, jackets, trousers, blankets or bed linen. This size gives you enough surface area to carry out sturdy repairs without the patch becoming too conspicuous. The light grey colour is neutral and does not stand out much on most textile colours.
Flexible to attach by ironing or sewing
You can attach these repair patches in two ways: by ironing them on with a warm iron or by sewing them on. Ironing on is the easiest and gives a smooth finish, while sewing on offers extra strength for heavily stressed areas. The 100% cotton material ensures a natural look that blends well with existing textiles.
Practical tip for care
After applying the corduroy patch, you can simply wash the repaired textile at 40 degrees. This makes this repair method very practical for everyday clothing and household textiles. You receive 2 pieces per pack, so you can carry out multiple repairs or have a spare for future use.
