When do you need triangular colouring pencils?
Triangular colouring pencils are specially developed for children who are learning to write and draw. The triangular shape provides a natural grip and prevents your fingers from slipping. You choose this type of pencil when you want to encourage the correct finger position in beginning writers and artists.

Why choose this 3 mm thick lead?
These Kores colouring pencils have a 3 mm thick lead, which is thicker than standard pencils. This makes them particularly suitable for young children who are still learning to apply the right amount of pressure. The thicker lead breaks less easily and releases more colour, so drawings come to life without having to press hard.

Break-resistant construction through full bonding
The lead is fully glued to the wood, which means all parts are firmly connected to one another. This prevents the lead from breaking if the pencil is dropped or if too much pressure is applied. For active children who use their pencils intensively, this is an important advantage that prevents frustration.

Practical benefits of the lime wood
The lime wood ensures that these pencils can be easily sharpened without the wood splintering. You can use either a regular pencil sharpener or a knife. The set of 12 pieces offers plenty of colour variety for a range of drawing projects and ensures you always have a spare when a pencil runs out.
