What are thermal till rolls and when do you need them?
Thermal till rolls are special paper used in point-of-sale systems, card terminals and chip card readers. The paper turns black when heated by the thermal printer, producing receipts and payment slips without the use of ink or toner.

Why choose this 54 mm size?
These till rolls with a width of 54 mm are suitable for chip card readers and compact point-of-sale systems. The core diameter of 12 mm and total diameter of 65 mm make them compatible with many common card terminals and smaller till printers that require this specific roll size.

Phenol-free paper for a healthy working environment
The main advantage of these Kores till rolls is that they are phenol-free. Phenol is a chemical that was previously widely used in thermal paper but can be harmful with regular contact. By choosing phenol-free rolls, you ensure a safer working environment, which is especially important when you handle a lot of receipts every day.

Practical tip for optimal compatibility
Always check the specifications of your chip card reader or point-of-sale system before ordering. The core diameter of 12 mm must match the roll holder in your device. These rolls are supplied in packs of 5, which is convenient for small to medium-sized businesses that want to replenish stock regularly without storing large quantities.
