What is batik dye used for and when do you need it?
Batik dye is used to give fabrics a new colour through the batik technique or simply by hand-dyeing. This ready-to-use colour powder is ideal when you want to make textile projects, give old clothing a second life or create creative fabric crafts.

Intensity determined by the amount of fabric
You determine the intensity of the colouring yourself by adjusting the amount of fabric: with 200 grams of fabric you get an intense colouring, while with 400 grams of fabric you achieve a more subtle, medium colouring.

Flexible temperature processing
This KREUL batik dye works from 50 degrees to 95 degrees, giving you plenty of flexibility in the processing temperature. So you can choose a lower temperature for delicate fabrics or higher temperatures when you want a more intense colour result.

Suitable for various fabrics
The colour powder works on a wide range of materials: silk, cotton, viscose, linen, half-linen, wool and polyamide.
