What does this product do?
KREUL batik textile dye is a ready-to-use colour powder with which you can dye various types of fabric. The product works from 50 degrees to 95 degrees and has been specially developed for dyeing textiles black. You use this type of dye when you want to give clothing, accessories or decorative fabrics a new colour.

Which materials is this dye suitable for?
This textile dye can be used on a wide range of natural and synthetic fibres. It works on silk, cotton, viscose, linen, half-linen, wool and polyamide. Thanks to this broad compatibility, you can dye virtually any garment or textile product, from cotton T-shirts to silk scarves.

How intense does the colour become?
The intensity of the black colour depends on the amount of fabric you dye. With 200 grams of fabric you get an intense black colour, whereas with 400 grams of fabric you achieve a less intense, more greyish shade. This flexibility allows you to deliberately choose a deep black or a more subtle grey tone.

Practical preparation
The colour powder is ready to use and is supplied including the required dyeing salt. You therefore do not need to purchase any additional ingredients. Make sure you use water between 50 and 95 degrees for the best result, as higher temperatures generally produce a more intense colour.
