When should you choose cardboard canvas?
A cardboard canvas offers you a lightweight and affordable alternative to traditional stretched canvas. This type of painting surface is ideal when you want to experiment with new techniques, make studies or create several small works without a large investment. The cardboard provides a sturdy surface that does not sag while you paint.

Why this 500 × 700 mm format?
At a size of 500 × 700 mm you get a generous working surface that suits both landscapes and portraits. This format offers enough space for detailed work, yet remains manageable enough to transport and store easily. You can use the canvas both upright and landscape, depending on your composition.

100% cotton fabric for professional results
The canvas is covered with 100% cotton fabric and pre-primed, which means you can start painting straight away. Cotton absorbs paint evenly and provides a natural texture that is suitable for both oil and acrylic paint. The primer layer ensures that the paint does not soak into the material and your colours stay vibrant.

Practical finish for use
The edges of the canvas are neatly folded over and reinforced at the back with white paper. This finish prevents the cotton fabric from fraying and gives the whole a little extra strength. You can place the canvas on an easel or use it flat on a table; both work well thanks to the stable construction.
