This water-based napkin glue makes your porcelain and glassware dishwasher-safe after firing. Perfect for the decoupage technique; it becomes waterproof after heating at 130°C.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This water-based napkin glue has been specially developed for applying napkin technique to porcelain. You use this glue to decoratively apply napkins to ceramic surfaces, allowing you to create personal and creative designs on porcelain items.
Why choose this water-based variant?
The water-based formula makes this glue easier to use than solvent-based alternatives. You work with a more environmentally friendly product that gives off less odour during use. The 50 ml glass packaging provides sufficient content for multiple projects without the product drying out.
Permanent and practical properties after firing
After application, you bake the porcelain for 90 minutes at 130 degrees. This firing process ensures that your creations become waterproof and dishwasher-safe. You can then use the decorated porcelain items as normal and clean them in the dishwasher without the decoration coming loose.
Practical application tip
Make sure your oven can be set to exactly 130 degrees and keep to the firing time of 90 minutes for the best result. Start with clean, grease-free porcelain surfaces for optimal adhesion. Store the glue in its original glass packaging to prevent it from drying out.
