When do you need transparent glass and porcelain paint?
Use this KREUL glass and porcelain paint when you want to decorate glassware, tableware or ceramic objects with a transparent violet tint. The transparent character gives your creations an elegant, glass-like appearance, while the original material remains visible. Choose this product when you want to add subtle colour accents without fully covering the surface.

Why choose the transparent version?
The transparent quality of this paint sets it apart from opaque variants, as it creates beautiful see-through effects. You can still see the structure and shape of the glass or porcelain, but a warm violet depth of colour is added. This makes it ideal for making stained glass, accentuating details on tableware or creating decorative elements that let light through.

Durability after baking
Once the paint has been baked in the oven, it becomes water-resistant and dishwasher-safe, so you can actually use your creations. The paint is lightfast, meaning the violet colour will not fade from sunlight or regular use. This makes it suitable for functional items such as glasses, plates and mugs that you wash and use regularly.

Practical application tips
This water-based paint dries quickly, which is handy while you work but means you need to apply it promptly. The 20 ml tube provides enough paint for several smaller projects. Make sure your glass, porcelain and ceramics are clean and grease-free for the best result, and follow the baking time and temperature in the instructions for optimal adhesion.
