What does this pen do and when do you need it?
The KREUL Glas & Porselein Pen is a special water-based marker with which you can draw and write permanently on smooth surfaces. You use this pen when you want to personalise or decorate porcelain, glass, ceramics or metal. Whether you want to add a personal text to tableware, mark glasses for parties or decorate ceramic items - this pen makes it possible.

Why this line width of 2.0-4.0 mm?
With the round tip and variable line width of 2.0 to 4.0 mm, you can fill in both fine details and broader areas. This size is ideal for writing text on mugs, creating decorative patterns on plates or marking glasses. You have more control than with thicker markers, yet the line remains clearly visible.

Permanent results after baking
The great advantage of this pen is that your drawings become permanent after baking (heating in the oven). The ink then becomes water- and dishwasher-resistant, so you can use and wash your decorated items as normal. Before baking, the water-based ink remains editable, which is handy for corrections.

Practical tip for use
Make sure the surfaces are clean and grease-free before you start. After drawing, let the work dry thoroughly and follow the manufacturer's baking instructions for a lasting result. The white colour gives an opaque finish, even on dark backgrounds.
