Give your creative projects a luxurious gold finish with these fine metal flakes. Suitable for almost any material, and includes instructions for immediate results.
When do you choose this product?
What are metal flakes and when do you use them?
Metal flakes are decorative materials used to give surfaces a metallic shine. You need them when you want to give art projects, crafts or decorative objects a luxurious, gold-coloured finish. These flakes adhere to a variety of materials and create an authentic metal effect.
Why choose finely flaked metal flakes?
These gold-coloured metal flakes are finely flaked, which means they give an even, refined texture without coarse structures. Fine flakes ensure an elegant finish that is suitable for both large surfaces and detailed work. The 2 gram pack contains enough material for several medium-sized projects.
Versatile material suitability
These metal flakes are suitable for a wide range of materials: wood, glass, paper, canvas, cardboard, styrofoam, plastic, wax, ceramics, porcelain, terracotta, foil, metal, stone and leather. This versatility makes them ideal for mixed-media projects where different materials are combined. You can use them on both porous and smooth surfaces.
Practical tip for use
The metal flakes come with an instruction manual that explains step by step how to apply them. Always use a suitable glue or adhesive as a base before applying the flakes. Work in a draught-free environment to prevent the light flakes from blowing away while you apply them.
