This is why Dex likes this article
Protects your chalk, charcoal and coloured pencil drawings from smudging and fading, without leaving any shine behind. Ideal for tempera, watercolour and poster paint, so your work stays beautifully preserved.
When do you choose this product?
What does this fixative do and when do you need it?
This KREUL fixed varnish fixative protects your artworks with a transparent, non-glossy protective layer. You need this product when you have made drawings or paintings that are sensitive to smudging, rubbing off or damage from contact and moisture.
Why choose this format in a spray can?
The 400 ml spray can ensures an even distribution of the fixative over your artwork. Thanks to the spray function, you can apply the product from different angles and achieve an even coverage without brush strokes or spots that can occur with liquid variants.
Transparent protection without gloss
The fixative dries to a highly transparent, non-glossy film that protects your artwork without changing its appearance. Your drawing or painting retains its original matt finish, while the colours and details remain fully visible beneath the protective layer.
Suitable for various drawing and painting techniques
This fixative can be used on artworks made with chalk, charcoal, coloured pencils, tempera, watercolour and poster paint. Thanks to its broad compatibility, you do not need to buy different fixatives for different techniques. Please note that this product contains solvents, so always use it in a well-ventilated room and follow the safety instructions on the packaging.

Dex knows - user tips
Always spray the fixative in a well-ventilated area and keep the can away from fire, sparks and other heat sources, as it is a flammable aerosol. Also never store the can in direct sunlight or in a warm place, and do not puncture it, even when it is empty.
