This is why Dex likes this article
This masking marker makes painting and crafting so much easier! Simply cover the areas you want to keep clear, and once dry you can just rub the layer away without any residue.
When do you choose this product?
What does a masking marker do?
A masking marker protects parts of your artwork from paint, ink or other materials while you are painting or drawing. You draw over the areas you want to keep clear with the marker, apply your paint, and then remove the dried masking layer to achieve sharp lines and clean shapes.
Why choose this size?
This masking marker has a line width of 2.0-4.0 mm, which is ideal for broader motifs and larger areas. You can efficiently mask medium-sized areas without having to draw endless tiny lines. For detailed work this size is less suitable, but for general masking techniques it offers the perfect balance between precision and coverage.
How does the removable system work?
The product is a removable, water-based masking material in marker form. Once applied, it dries quickly and can then be rubbed off completely - leaving no residue. This means you won't be left with adhesive traces or damage to your surface, which is essential for a professional finish.
Practical application
Thanks to its water-based formula, this marker is compatible with most types of paint and paper. Make sure the masking layer is completely dry before you work over it - this prevents the layer from being damaged or washed away. Always test first on a small piece of your material to check that the masking fluid adheres well and can later be removed without problems.

Dex knows - user tips
Allow the masking tape to dry completely before you paint over it. Only then can you peel it off without leaving any residue.
