When do you need a rollerball pen?
A rollerball pen offers the best of both worlds: the smooth writing of a fountain pen with the low-maintenance convenience of a ballpoint. You choose a rollerball when you write a lot and comfort matters, for example for taking notes during long meetings or signing documents where you want a smooth writing experience.

Why choose a fully metal design?
The LAMY Swift is made entirely of metal with a matt dark blue lacquer finish, which gives it a professional appearance and durability. The streamlined design makes this pen suitable for business situations where you want a presentable writing instrument. The metal construction gives the pen a pleasant weight balance while writing.

How does the retractable clip work?
What sets this rollerball apart is its retractable clip, which distinguishes its design from standard pens. You can press this clip inwards when you want to use or store the pen without it protruding. This prevents the clip from being damaged in your pocket or bag and keeps the clean lines of the pen's design intact.

Practical tip for use
The pen comes supplied with an M66 B rollerball refill in blue, which denotes a medium-broad point. When this refill runs out, you can replace it with other M66 refills from LAMY. Be sure to look specifically for the M66 series when ordering replacement refills, as different LAMY pen models use different refill types.
