When do you choose this product?
When do you need a fountain pen?
A fountain pen is the ideal choice when you write a lot and value comfort and writing pleasure. Whether you're taking notes, signing documents or being creative, a fountain pen reduces the strain on your hand and produces smooth lines. This LAMY AL-star is perfect for everyday use at the office, at school or at home.
Why choose this transparent grip section?
The ergonomic, transparent grip section of this fountain pen lets you see exactly how much ink is left in the cartridge. This prevents surprises during important moments. The clear grip also helps you hold the pen correctly, which is especially useful if you write for long periods.
Advantages of the cartridge system
This fountain pen works with replaceable ink cartridges, which is more practical than a converter mechanism. You don't need to carry an ink bottle and changing the cartridge is quick and clean. The cartridge system is particularly handy for people who are often on the move or work in different locations.
Compatibility with LAMY cartridges
The fountain pen is supplied with a blue T10 ink cartridge, but you can replace it with other LAMY T10 cartridges in various colours. Be sure to use specifically LAMY cartridges, as this fountain pen is not compatible with standard international cartridges. The polished stainless steel nib has a medium (M) width, which is suitable for normal handwriting.
