What is a replacement calendar for desk pads?
A replacement calendar keeps your desk pad up to date without having to buy a complete new mat. This calendar strip is placed in the upper viewing strip of your desk pad and also serves as an underlay for notepads. This way you keep track of important dates while you write.

Why this format of 580×66 mm?
This specific format is designed to fit perfectly in the desk pads from the SYNTHOS VSP, Flexoplan DS, DURELLA SOFT and DURELLA DS series. The width of 580 mm lines up seamlessly with the viewing strip of these mats, while the height of 66 mm provides enough space for a clear monthly overview.

Planning three years ahead
This replacement calendar covers the years 2026, 2027 and 2028, making long-term planning possible. You don't have to order a new calendar every year; you can look ahead and plan three years in advance. The landscape (horizontal) orientation makes optimal use of the available space in your desk pad.

Checking compatibility
This calendar is specifically suitable for SYNTHOS VSP desk pads measuring 520×650 mm, Flexoplan DS models, DURELLA SOFT mats measuring 500×650 mm and DURELLA DS mats measuring 520×650 mm. Check the type and size of your current desk pad before you order. Please note the new article number 45020, which has replaced the old number 4502.
