Handy carbonless notepad for your invoices: write once and you immediately have the original and a copy. The numbered sheets and varnished cover keep your administration organised and neat.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A manifold is a carbonless duplicate book used for manually creating invoices where you automatically get a copy. The Le Dauphin Manifold uses carbonless paper (papier autocopiant), so anything you write on the original is automatically transferred to the duplicate underneath.
Why choose this format?
This manifold has a vertical format, which is practical for invoices because you can fill in all the details clearly from top to bottom. With 50 numbered sheets, you get a structured system for your invoicing straight away, with each invoice having a unique number.
How does the carbonless system work?
The carbonless paper means you get a copy of every invoice you write without needing carbon paper. You receive 2 copies per sheet: an original for the customer and a copy for your own records. The laminated cover protects the sheets from damage and keeps the book firmly together.
Practical usage tip
Thanks to the numbered sheets, you automatically keep track of the invoices you have issued. Store the manifold in a dry place to prevent the carbonless paper from losing its effectiveness. Write with sufficient pressure but not too hard, so the copy remains clearly legible without damaging the original.
