When do you choose this product?
When do you need horsehair brushes?
Horsehair brushes are ideal for fine painting and detailed work where you want to create soft, even strokes. These brushes are suitable for watercolour, tempera and other water-based paints. You choose horsehair when you need a brush that holds paint well but is also fine enough for precise work.
Why choose this fine variant?
These fine horsehair brushes from LEFRANC BOURGEOIS are specially designed for children aged 3 and up. The fine horsehair allows delicate lines and details, while the brushes are sturdy enough to withstand childlike use. The blue wooden handle sits comfortably in small hands.
Durable construction with aluminium ferrule
The aluminium ferrule ensures the hairs stay firmly attached to the handle and don't come loose while painting. This material is resistant to water and paint residue, so the brushes last longer. The horsehair retains its shape well and springs back to its original position after use.
Practical bulk pack
With 12 pieces in one pack, you have enough brushes for an entire class or art group. You can also divide them across different painting projects without having to clean the brushes between every colour change. After use, store the brushes upright in a pot to keep the tips sharp.
