What does this Promarker do and when do you need it?
This Winsor & Newton Promarker is a professional alcohol-based marker that you use for technical drawing, illustration and graphic work. Thanks to the alcohol base, the ink dries quickly and gives clear, even areas of colour without streaks. You need this marker when you are doing precision work where both details and solid colour fills are important.

Why choose this dual-tip design?
With two different tips in one marker, you are more flexible in your work. Use the chisel tip for broad lines and filling large areas, while the round tip is perfect for fine details and thin lines. This saves you from buying several markers and ensures consistent colour throughout your drawing.

Advantage of the alcohol base
The non-toxic ink on an alcohol and dye base has the great advantage that it does not bleed through on most types of paper. The alcohol base ensures that colours blend well and flow into one another when you apply them wet-on-wet. This allows you to create beautiful colour gradients and achieve professional effects.

Practical tip for use
Store the marker horizontally to keep both tips in optimal condition. The cyan blue colour (reference C847) is a primary colour that you often need for colour mixing and technical drawings. Always test first on a scrap piece of paper to see how the colour reacts with your specific paper type.
