When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are indispensable when you want to keep your documents neatly organised in suspension file cabinets or drawer units. They prevent your paperwork from getting mixed up and help you find what you are looking for quickly. This system works ideally for administration, project files or customer details that you consult regularly.

Why choose this A4 format in yellow?
The A4 format fits standard Dutch documents perfectly, and the yellow colour makes your archive instantly recognisable. With 5 pieces in one set, you have enough suspension files to organise a complete category of documents. The handle makes it easy to grab and move the files without them tearing.

Sturdy quality of 225 gram card
The 225 gram per square metre card offers a good balance between sturdiness and flexibility. This weight ensures that the suspension files keep their shape, even with regular use, while not becoming too heavy when filled with documents. The inserted hanging strip stays firmly attached to the file.

Complete system with accessories
This suspension file set is supplied including index tabs and labelling strips, so you can get started straight away. The dimensions follow the DIN 821 standard, which means they fit standard suspension file systems. You don't need to purchase separate labelling materials and can get your organisation in order right away.
