When do you choose this product?
When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are indispensable for keeping documents tidy in suspension file cabinets or drawer units. You use them to separate paperwork by subject, client or project and to find it again quickly. With 25 in one pack, you have enough stock for a complete reorganisation of your archive.
Why choose this A4 format?
A4 suspension files are the standard for Dutch offices because almost all documents are this size. You can store ordinary A4 sheets, invoices, contracts and other important papers in them without having to fold them. The A4 format fits perfectly in standard suspension file cabinets.
Sturdiness thanks to 225 g/m² card
These suspension files are made of card weighing 225 g/m². This means they are sturdy enough to withstand regular use without tearing or sagging. They also keep their shape when you store a lot of documents in them and can last for years.
Complete with tabs and labels
With these suspension files you receive tabs and label inserts. You click the tabs onto the top of the suspension file and write the contents on the label inserts. This way you can see at a glance what is in each file. The finger cut-out on the front makes it easy to lift the files out of the cabinet without damaging them.
