Sturdy cardboard keeps your documents safely ordered in any suspension file cabinet. With handy tabs and label holders you find everything quickly, perfect for a well-organised archive.
When do you choose this product?
What are suspension files and when do you need them?
Suspension files are essential for keeping loose documents neatly organised in suspension filing systems. You use them when you want to separate different categories of paperwork clearly and be able to find them quickly. These LEITZ suspension files are specially designed for A4-size documents that are opened from the side.
Why choose this A4 side-opening format?
The A4 format fits perfectly with the Dutch standard for business documentation. Thanks to the side opening, you have a broad overview of your documents without having to take them completely out of the folder. This makes consulting files faster and more efficient than with traditional folders.
Sturdiness thanks to 250 g/m² card
The card weight of 250 g/m² ensures these files are sturdy enough for regular use, but not so heavy that they become cumbersome. The card also keeps its shape when opened and closed frequently, which is important for daily office use.
Practical details for immediate use
Each suspension file is supplied including tabs and labelling strips, so you can start labelling and organising straight away. The files have special slot punchings on the front and back that are compatible with 6130 hanging rail strips. With 25 pieces in one pack, you have sufficient stock for a complete reorganisation of your filing system.
