These transparent document sleeves protect your important papers against dirt and wear. The soft film is flexible and durable, with built-in tear protection that lasts for years.
When do you choose this product?
What are document sleeves and when do you need them?
Document sleeves protect important papers against dirt, moisture and wear. You use them when you handle documents regularly but still want to keep them legible, such as for presentations, meetings or in filing systems where you often consult documents.
Why this A4 size is the right choice
These sleeves have internal dimensions of 212 x 301 mm, so they fit snugly around standard A4 documents. The top section remains open so you can easily slide papers in and out of the sleeve without losing its protective qualities.
Soft film for flexible protection
The soft film offers flexibility and holds up well to regular use. The built-in tear protection prevents the sleeve from breaking when handled intensively. The material is transparent enough to read text clearly without opening the sleeve.
Practical tip for optimal use
Always place documents with the most important information facing the front, so you can see what's inside straight away without turning the sleeve over. For long-term storage, you can place several sleeves upright in a ring binder or document box.
