When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are indispensable for keeping documents tidily organised in suspension file cabinets or drawers. You use them when you have a lot of loose papers that you want to categorise and be able to find quickly. These LEITZ Alfa suspension files are suitable for A4 size documents and ensure your administration stays neatly organised.

Why choose this 25-piece pack?
With 25 suspension files in one pack, you immediately have enough stock for a complete reorganisation of your archive. This pack is ideal for offices that want to create a large number of categories or for home workers who want to thoroughly expand their administration. You have enough files at once to keep different projects or topics separate.

Sturdy kraft cardboard construction
These suspension files are made of kraft cardboard weighing 250 g/m², which ensures the necessary sturdiness. The material holds its shape well, even with regular use and the inserting and removing of documents. The thumb cut-out makes it easy to take the files out of the cabinet without damage.

Complete set with practical accessories
Each suspension file is supplied including tabs and label holders, so you can start labelling your files straight away. You place the tabs at the top of the file to indicate categories, while the label holders ensure clear identification. The suspension system complies with DIN 821 standards, which means the files are compatible with standard suspension file systems.
