These sturdy suspension files keep your documents neatly ordered in the cabinet. With handy tabs and label holders you always find what you are looking for quickly.
When do you choose this product?
What are suspension files and when do you need them?
Suspension files are indispensable for keeping loose documents organised in your office. You use them in suspension file cabinets or drawers to store papers in a structured way, without them getting mixed up. These Leitz Alpha suspension files are specially designed for A4-size documents that you need to consult regularly.
Why choose side-opening suspension files?
These suspension files open at the side, which means you slide your documents into the file horizontally. This is ideal when you want to store many loose sheets or thin documents without punching holes in them. The side-opening system prevents papers from falling out when you take the file out of the cabinet.
Sturdy card for long-term storage
The 250 g/m² kraft board provides enough sturdiness to protect your documents. This weight strikes a good balance between durability and ease of handling: strong enough for daily use, but not so heavy that full files become unwieldy. The files also retain their shape with intensive use.
Practical details for immediate use
Each suspension file is supplied with tabs and label holders, so you can start filing straight away. The files are made to the DIN 821 standard, which means they fit perfectly in standard suspension file systems. Please note that you will need heftstreifen 6130 if you want to attach loose documents to the file. They are sold in a value pack of 25 pieces.
