When do you choose this product?
When do you need suspension files?
Suspension files are indispensable for keeping documents well organised in suspension file cabinets or drawers. You use them when you want to sort large numbers of papers and keep them easily accessible. They keep documents neatly grouped and prevent loose sheets from getting mixed up.
Why choose the A4 format?
This A4 format is a perfect fit for standard Dutch documents such as contracts, invoices and correspondence. The files follow the DIN 821 dimensional standard, which guarantees that they fit all standard suspension file systems. The 225 g/m² card offers sufficient sturdiness for regular use without tearing.
Practical organisation with tabs
Each suspension file is supplied with tabs and label inserts, so you can get started straight away. The thumb cut makes it easy to remove documents from the file without taking out the entire contents. The built-in strip ensures that punched documents stay firmly in place.
Smart pack of 5
This set of 5 suspension files in green is ideal for setting up a new filing system or topping up existing stock. With the pack of 5, you have several files available straight away to organise different topics or projects. The green colour helps with colour-coding your filing system.
