These sturdy suspension files bring order to your filing cabinet straight away. The thick card keeps documents safe, and the handy inner pocket prevents loose papers from slipping out.
When do you choose this product?
What are suspension files and when do you use them?
Suspension files are essential for storing documents in an organised way in suspension file cabinets or drawer units with rails. You use them when you want to keep a lot of loose papers tidy and need quick access to specific documents. The LEITZ ALPHA suspension files are suitable for A4-sized documents.
Why choose 250 g/m² kraft board?
The 250 g/m² kraft board offers a good balance between sturdiness and flexibility. This weight ensures that the files keep their shape, even with regular use, without becoming too heavy for everyday handling. The material is durable enough for long-term archiving of important documents.
Practical details that make the difference
These suspension files have a thumb cut-out that makes it easy to pull individual files out of the cabinet. The inner pocket provides extra storage space for smaller documents or notes. The suspension strip is firmly folded in, which ensures a reliable fit on the rails of your suspension file system.
Complete set for immediate use
You receive 25 suspension files including index tabs and label holders, so you can start organising straight away. The dimensions follow DIN 821 standards, which means they fit standard suspension file cabinets. The index tabs and label holders make it easy to label your filing system and keep it clear.
